Newsletter Issue 3 - April 2009

The last four months have seen an increase in the demand for First Aid Courses and Ambulance Posts. A good number of members’ activities have also been held. The branch has just acquired a Quad Bike, a much awaited addition to its fleet, through numerous sponsors.

The Annual General Meeting of the First Malta Branch will be held on the 6th of May. I congratulate all those who are offering their time to work on the committee, and thank all the rest of the active volunteers for their unfailing support. Last but not least, Friday 8th May is Red Cross day. The Malta Red Cross shall be celebrating this day on Saturday 9th May with displays and activities throughout the day at Valletta.
