First of all I would like to congratulate your branch and staff for the five star service you provided during the whole 10 days. Personally, I am very happy with the staff who was sent everyday as they were very helpful and always there when needed. It was an exhaustive, rewarding and successful experience for all the staff who worked at the beer festival which we gladly share with your people.

Secondly, if you feel there are any improvements which we can look at for future services, I would be more than happy to meet and discuss.
